The Indian cricket team departed for a tour of Zimbabwe early this morning.
The Indian team will play 3 ODIs in Harare. The first ODI is scheduled for August 18th, 2022. The second and third ODI will be played on August 20th and 22nd, 2023.
The Indian squad for the Zimbabwe tour is as follows:
KL Rahul(Captain), Shikhar Dhawan (Vice Captain), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shubman Gill, Deepak Hooda, Rahul Tripathi, Ishan Kishan (wicket-keeper), Sanju Samson (wicket-keeper), Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Avesh Khan, Prasidh Krishna, Mohd Siraj, Deepak Chahar.
Washington Sundar is currently doubtful for the Zimbabwe tour after suffering an injury while playing for his county in England.
VVS Laxman will be the head coach of India for the Zimbabwe tour.
